Video Lending Library

Policy

  • Videos are available for checkout at any BVID meeting or by contacting the BVID president (president@bvid.tsid.org).
  • The videos may be borrowed at any BVID meeting and are due at the following meeting for minimal fee of $1.00 per video, limit 2 at a time.
  • When borrowing a video, members must complete a check-out form and record the date the video is due in the checkout ledger.
  • Failure to return the videos at the following BVID meeting will result in a late charge of $2.00/ video. Members are responsible for making arrangements to return the videos the week after the missed meeting.
  • Any damages not due to wear and tear will require payment for half of the replacement value of the video.
  • If a member would like to request the purchase of a video for the library, please submit your requests for the BVID Board to consider.
  • REMEMBER: Members in good standing have first dibs!
